Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

License Your Data LLC ("we," "us," "our"), 113 Broadwater, Williamsburg, Virginia 23188. This policy explains what we collect when you use licenseyourdata.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out the qualification form, we collect your first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, company name, website, your role, company headcount, years in business, and industry. If you only complete part of the form, we keep what you entered so far.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, the full address of the page you landed on (including campaign tags), and identifiers set by cookies and similar technologies. This includes advertising identifiers such as Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies and identifiers set by our analytics and attribution provider.

Information from calls and messages. If you speak with our team, we may record calls and keep notes and transcripts of calls, texts, and emails, subject to applicable law. Where required, you will be told at the start of a call that it is being recorded.

2. How we use it

We do not use your form responses to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Text messages

By providing your mobile number and submitting the form, you agree that we may call and text you at that number about your request, including with an autodialer or prerecorded message. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing michael@licenseyourdata.com.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and pixels from Meta (Facebook) and from our attribution provider to recognize visitors, measure ad performance, and connect a visit to a later form submission or call. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit the Site's ability to remember your progress on the form. For Meta's practices, see Meta's privacy policy.

5. Who we share it with

6. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related records for as long as needed for the purposes above, typically up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or a deal is in progress. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 8).

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our database. No system is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including Virginia, California, and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email michael@licenseyourdata.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

To opt out of targeted advertising, you can also adjust your Meta ad preferences and use your browser's cookie controls.

9. Children

The Site is for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on the Site.
